Sponsorship is very reasonable and gives you a year long relationship with the attendees. They are very loyal to the promoters and organizers so your sponsorship will be seen as an endorsement by use. For that reason not just anyone may sponsor.

To be considered you must provide a product or service which is useful and valuable to a small business or independent contractor. Web developers/social media service providers generally are not considered, MLM/network marketing opportunities are not permitted.

Three types of sponsorship are available:

Title Sponsor – YOUR NAME presents Small Biz BarCamp Atlanta 2.0 on the website, all communications, at the venue. Twelve months of exposure. $1600 (approximately $10 per attendee). You will be allowed to place your literature at each seat, will have your 900×80 pixel banner at the top of every page on this website, will have exposure on the Facebook page and the Twitter background (50×250 on the left side of the Twitter page), and will have 10 minutes at the close of the event to address the full audience. Your logo, no larger than 3″x3″ will be on the left sleeve of the polos and on the front panel of the Sports Bags. Your logo will also appear on the front, top of the speaker’s guide as well as the entire inside front cover (4.25″x5.5″ approx). Includes 4 tickets.

Lunch Sponsor – $1600 you will be able to place your literature at every seat, have your name/logo prominently displayed on every page on this website in a 250×250 graphic and be able to address the entire audience at the beginning of lunch. You will also be on the Twitter background (50×250) and have exposure on the Facebook page. Your logo, no larger than 3″x3″ will be on the left sleeve of the polos and on the front panel of the Sports Bags. You will also have the back inside page of the speaker’s guide cover (4.25″x5.5″ approx). Includes 4 tickets.

Bag Sponsor – $450 your logo will be on every bag distributed at the event, your 125×125 logo and link on the site until the 2012 event as well as on the Twitter background. Featured on the speaker’s guide.Includes 2 tickets.

ID Sponsor – $450 your logo will be on every ID lanyard at the event, your 125×125 logo and link on the site until the 2012 event as well as on the Twitter background. Featured on the speaker’s guide. Includes 2 tickets.

Business Booster – $165 as a small business we all need to get exposure. For approximately $1 per attendee you can enjoy exactly that. Your name/logo in the speaker’s guide and in the sponsor’s section on the website as well as in the list on Facebook and in the emails sent to attendees and those requesting information. Also includes 2 tickets and your name in the sponsor’s section on the speaker’s guide.

Event Details

The event opens at 8AM for registration. Vendors will need to have their bag stuffers on site by then. Each bag will be delivered to the attendees and speakers as the arrive and register.

The event begins precisely at 8:25 AM with or without all attendees present. There is a 5 minute introduction by the event promoter then goes right in to presentations.

Presentations are strictly held at 35 minutes each and the second one is over the next one begins. Speakers introduce themselves as a part of their allotted presentation time and are not permitted to sell during the presentation although they may, during their introduction say what they do, where they work and how to contact them.

Only the title and lunch sponsors will be able to address the full assembly. The title sponsor will speak at the end of the day right before the sports bags and polos are distributed. The title sponsor will have exactly 10 minutes to make a presentation.

The venue is the Mansour Center. We are in a combined room which holds 168 people in a classroom setting.  We expect the event to be sold to capacity by July 31 when the Sort of Early Bird ($84) special ends. The Early Bird ($69) will be offered through June 30.

The Mansour Center is easy to get to from most parts of northwest Georgia and Atlanta. It is located near the intersection of Cobb Parkway (US41) and Roswell Road (GA120) in Marietta, Georgia. It is a very nice facility with plenty of parking and an open lobby.

Lunch and networking will be from 12:10 to 1:15 and vendors will be allowed to mingle with the attendees and speakers during lunch break. You may distribute your cards, flier, brochures, discs, and other paraphernalia during that time period.

The event will conclude at 4PM sharp.
